PRIVACY POLICY

Skyvault Studio, LoreFell. Last updated October 3, 2026.

LoreFell is a tabletop roleplaying game and a set of tools for playing it at lorefell.com and table.lorefell.com, made by Skyvault Studio.

What we keep. When you make an account, we keep what you give us to play: your name and email, your characters, the adventures you run or join, and what happens at the table (maps, notes, rolls, and the game log).

Who can see it. Your characters and anything you add to an adventure are visible to the LoreMaster and other players in that adventure. Your email is never shown to other players.

Emails. If you're in an adventure, your LoreMaster can send you session reminders and recaps. You can turn reminders off from your menu at the table. We only send news and updates if you sign up for the newsletter, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Session recaps and YouTube. A LoreMaster may connect their own YouTube channel so LoreFell can read the captions of their own session videos. Those captions, along with session notes, are sent to our AI service provider, Anthropic, to draft a short recap, which the LoreMaster reviews before anyone sees it. We don't keep the captions after the recap is drafted, and we don't read anything else from the channel. By connecting YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove the connection anytime at Google security settings. LoreFell's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Cookies. The site uses cookies to keep you signed in and to understand basic site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in may stop working.

Who we share it with. We don't sell your information or show you ads. We share it only with the services that run LoreFell: Wix (site and account data), GitHub (hosts the table tools), Cloudflare (security and delivery), and Anthropic (drafts recaps).

How long we keep it. We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days. Game logs from shared adventures stay with the adventure, with your name removed.

Kids. LoreFell accounts are for people 13 and older. If we learn we have data from a child under 13, we delete it.

Security. We use reasonable protections, but no online service is perfectly secure.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time.

Changes. If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. If we make a significant change, we'll tell account holders by email.

TERMS OF USE

Skyvault Studio, LoreFell. Last updated October 3, 2026.

These terms cover your use of lorefell.com, table.lorefell.com, and the LoreFell tools (together, "LoreFell"), run by Skyvault Studio ("we," "us"). By making an account or using LoreFell, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who can use LoreFell. You must be 13 or older to make an account. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

Your account. Keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at nate@lorefell.com if you think someone else has gotten in.

Free to use. Accounts and the online tools are free. We don't run subscriptions. If we ever sell anything through the site, those purchases will have their own terms at checkout.

Your content. Your characters, notes, maps, homebrew, and anything else you create on LoreFell stay yours. To run the tools, you give us permission to store, display, and process that content, including sharing it with the other players in your adventures. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for game logs that stay with a shared adventure, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Shared adventures. Anything you add to an adventure is visible to its LoreMaster and players. LoreMasters manage their own tables, including who joins and what gets posted. We aren't responsible for what happens between players at a table.

Play fair. Don't use LoreFell to:

  • Harass, threaten, or target other people

  • Post content that is illegal, sexually exploits anyone, or promotes violence or hate

  • Post anything you don't have the right to share

  • Break, overload, scrape, or try to get around the site's security

  • Copy, rehost, or reverse engineer the tools

  • Pretend to be someone else, including Skyvault Studio

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Session recaps. Recaps are drafted by an AI service from captions and session notes, and the LoreMaster reviews them before they go out. Drafts can get things wrong. The LoreMaster is responsible for what they approve and send.

YouTube. If you connect a YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Only connect a channel you own or manage.

Our content and tools. The LoreFell tools, site, and code belong to Skyvault Studio and are outside any open license. Using the game itself (rules, homebrew, publishing) is covered by our Licensing page, not these terms.

Playtest. LoreFell is in active development. Rules, tools, and features will change, and things may break or be reset. We'll try to warn you before changes that affect your saved data.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content on LoreFell infringes your copyright, email nate@lorefell.com with a description of the work, where it appears on LoreFell, and your contact information.

Ending your account. You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or if we shut LoreFell down. If we shut down, we'll give account holders reasonable notice to export their data where we can.

No guarantees. LoreFell is provided as is and as available. We don't promise it will always be online, error-free, or keep your data forever. Back up anything you can't stand to lose.

Limits on liability. To the extent the law allows, Skyvault Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits from your use of LoreFell. Since the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to $50.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Pinal County, Arizona.

Changes. We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes, we'll email account holders. Using LoreFell after an update means you accept the new terms.
